EVA series is a two-way full frequency and reflective ultra-low system specially developed for fixed installation. Unique phase plug design
Our unique annular groove phase plug design provides better suppression modes and reduces nonlinear airflow. Our new design method is to recalculate the annular slot width and slot positioning ratio. The unique design can improve the suppression mode and reduce the distortion more than the conventional compression driver. All high frequency units adopt unique phase plug design, which significantly reduces unnecessary resonance of diaphragm in annular groove. Intelligent balanced cooling technology
The intelligent balanced cooling technology is a new technology which combines a variety of technologies and performance. Traditional high output professional loudspeakers have large diameter openings in the back of the magnet structure, which makes the high-pressure air flow into the box under the dust cap. Under such technology, the heat dissipation is limited and the performance of the product can not be fundamentally improved. Our intelligent balanced cooling technology can re guide the air flow below into the voice coil, so that the air movement of each part of the magnet is evenly distributed. At the same time, the airflow can adjust the acoustic resistance on different air paths and guide the appropriate air flow through the voice coil to achieve the balance of the whole magnet structure and the velocity distribution near the voice coil. The result of this air balance can reduce the coil temperature by 20% or more. The airflow balance reduces the turbulence problems commonly seen in traditional technology, and increases the heat dissipation speed of voice coil by 20%, and increases the power processing capacity by about 30%, which can effectively improve the power processing and stability. Intelligent balanced cooling technology brings more power processing and compression drive capacity, so that the product has higher reliability and sound pressure level.
